Electric Wire Rope Hoists with Double-Girder Trolleys

Heavy-Duty Hoists for Multi-Shift Operation

For steelworks and production facilities operating around the clock, we develop heavy-duty hoisting units with double-girder trolleys. Depending on project requirements, we manufacture hoisting units with duty classifications up to FEM 5m / ISO M8. The design takes into account the load spectrum, daily operating duration and lifting frequency to suit your production process.

Industrial Applications from 1 to 150 t

DOGAN VINC manufactures electric wire rope hoists with double-girder trolleys for lifting capacities from 1 to 150 t. They are used across a wide range of industries on double-girder overhead and gantry cranes. We work with you to select the appropriate configuration based on the loads to be handled and the operating conditions in your facility.

Lifting Height and Installation Dimensions

What lifting height do you need, and how much space is available above the crane bridge? When selecting the double-girder trolley hoist, we consider the required hook travel, trolley rail gauge and available installation dimensions.

Designed for Your Duty Requirements

Lifting capacity is only one part of hoist selection. Daily operating duration, lifting frequency and load spectrum are also essential. We use this information to determine the appropriate hoist configuration, from occasional lifting tasks to intensive production operations.

Equipment and Safety

Depending on operating conditions and project requirements, we offer variable frequency drives for speed control, wireless remote controls, overload switches, load displays and anti-collision systems.

We select motors, gearboxes and electromagnetic or electrohydraulic braking systems to suit the relevant drive and hoisting arrangement.

The equipment for your crane system is determined by your requirements, technical calculations in accordance with applicable international standards, and our experience since 1973.
