DOGAN VINC SANAYI VE TICARET A.S. ("DOGAN VINC") acts as the data controller for personal data collected through the contact and inquiry forms available on www.doganvinc.com.

This notice explains how personal data submitted by customers, potential customers, business partners and website visitors is processed in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

According to information provided by Hostinger, email messages, attachments and backups are stored in data centres located in France or Germany.

Competent Public Authorities

Personal data may be disclosed to authorised public institutions where disclosure is required under applicable law.

7. International Transfers of Personal Data

As our website uses Wix infrastructure and our corporate email services are provided by Hostinger, certain personal data is processed through systems located outside Türkiye.

Hostinger has indicated that email messages, attachments and backups are stored in France or Germany. Wix services may also involve international processing and transfers of personal data.

Such transfers are subject to the conditions and applicable safeguards set out in Article 9 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

8. Retention of Personal Data

Personal data collected through contact and quotation requests is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the relevant processing purposes and applicable legal obligations.

Commercial correspondence, quotations and contractual records are assessed according to applicable statutory retention requirements.

Technical and commercial documents connected with equipment history, service activities, warranties or contractual obligations may require separate retention periods based on their nature and the applicable legal grounds.

Where the legal basis and purpose for processing no longer exist, personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with applicable law.

9. Your Rights Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data has been processed

  • Request information about the processing of your personal data

  • Learn the purposes of processing and whether your data is used accordingly

  • Learn the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, in Türkiye or abroad

  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data

  • Request deletion or destruction of personal data where the legal conditions are met

  • Request that relevant third parties be notified of correction or deletion

  • Object to an adverse result arising exclusively from automated analysis of your personal data

  • Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing of personal data

These rights are subject to the applicable conditions under Turkish law.
